The Usher Hall is lit up blue, white, and red. Picture: @edinburghcoffee

The picture above is of Edinburgh’s Usher Hall, a well known Scottish concert hall, lit in the colours of the French flag.  It was simply one of hundreds of buildings right round the world, from Sydney’s Opera House to Tower Bridge in London, which chose to join together to show solidarity with Paris following the horrendous terrorism outrage by lighting their facades with the colours of France’s  flag.

Can anyone tell me of a single mosque that joined in this act of sympathy and solidarity against terrorism?

Thought not.
